Merry Christmas from Ollie & Spice (the canine division), Clare (the does all the work division) and from me, Stuart (the does as little as possible division).

First - logistics.

Friday the 20th of December is the last day the office is open until the New Year. All orders made before then will be despatched on the 20th. Orders from the 20th until the 5th of January will be despatched on the 6th and 7th when the office reopens. Yes. The office is closed for two whole weeks. Why? Because it's Christmas and Clare deserves a holiday.

Obviously - you can merrily order all-day, every day for despatch once the decorations are down.

Second - pre-orders.

Many of you have Blackwing on pre-order. Please rest-assured that we like pre-order even less than you do. However - the distributor makes them available for pre-order on their own retail site, so if we don’t, we get no sales. The actual arrival date of the goods is completely out of our control, and the first indication we get is when the distributor advises us of despatch. As soon as we know something, you will.

Third - Thank you.

Nero’s is a tiny business. We rely entirely on you wonderful people to keep us going. Every shout out that you give us on social media makes a difference. Every friend you recommend to us makes a difference. Of course, every order that you place makes a difference. Thank you very much for your business and your support.
