UK postage and packing is free over £20.00 and only £3.00 for smaller orders. Overseas postage and packing varies according to destination and shipping weight.

Nero's is not VAT registered. So - VAT is not charged. Not on UK customers, EU customers or ROW customers. This means that customers outside the UK may be charged taxes and duties by their customs authorities. Nero's has no control of these processes.

Your package will arrive in a secure box or envelope, prepared with extras, allowing us to get creative in making sure you have a positive experience whilst shopping with us online.

Perhaps you have received a pack of Notebooks, opened them up and they just aren't what you expected or were hoping for. No problem, as long as you have not blotted your ink then we would be happy to refund you the full amount. To make sure your return is managed smoothly and promptly we will provide a full refund, to you immediately.
