Another retro classic from the Shire

Posted by Scribble Monboddo on

Here's a robust Rutland rambler from Rob - and, by George, he's done it again!

This is a simple pocket-size notebook in principle, but one made with individual care by hand. It shows - and there's something reassuring about handling the work of a meticulous perfectionist, isn't there?

The cover is a classic minimalist look, but more importantly the inners are made from a very grown-up sort of paper too. There's a tiny bit of texture so it will take graphite readily, but it's also well-behaved with a fountain pen, and little bleeding or feathering mar the picture.
At £13 for a trio (with the other two in grey and blue respectively), these are solid value for money too.
